How to Download and Install Adobe Digital Editions on your Windows PC Computer

1) Go to the web address: http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/ and click on Download now.

 

2) Click on Install.

 

3) Click on Install again.

 

4) The Adobe Digital Editions Installer will begin connecting.

 

5) Click on Yes to download and install Adobe Digital Editions.

 

6) Click on Next in the setup.

 

7) Click on Install in the setup.

 

8) Adobe Digital Editions will begin to install.  This will take several minutes or more depending on your connection speed.  Be patient and wait for the install to run.

 

9) When the download and installation are completed, click on Close.

 

10) To complete the installation, click on I Agree.
You may want to read the terms of the license agreement before you agree.

 

11) Click on Continue when Adobe Digital Editions open up.

 

12) Authorize your computer to use Adobe Digital Editions.

• Click on Authorize Computer.
• Enter your Adobe Digital ID (usually your email) and the password you created for your Adobe Digital ID.
• Then click on Activate.

 

13) Click on Finished.  You are now ready to use Adobe Digital Editions on your computer.
