We recognize that the world is a crazy, chaotic place. If you are feeling a bit anxious or off lately, you are not alone. We are experiencing unprecedented changes to our routines, our families, and our sense of normal. Even turning on the news can feel like an act of bravery! With that in mind, we have put together a challenge that you can use to begin a practice of mindful living. The activities in this challenge vary from simple breathing exercises to getting away from screens, to meditation and yoga, and a host of other ideas for finding a center of calm amid the chaos.
